Information Collection and Use

Personal Information that you provide to us

We collect personal information that you provide when you create an account. Personal information collected for creating an account includes Name, Surname, Email Address, Cell Phone Number, and Date of Birth.

Health and Sensitive Data

The menstrual cycle related data that you provide to us is stored on your device. The symptoms that you provide on the app are collected in order to provide insights and to help us provide you with a better experience on the app. The menstrual cycle related information that you provide to us does not reveal information that could be used to identify you. The menstrual cycle related information is processed on your device and it is used for other functions of the app such as predicting your cycles, setting alarms/reminders, displaying your cycle history, and displaying your logged symptoms

App Usage Data

We also collect information that allows us to analyze app usage and to track bugs, this information however does not reveal your identity (such as your name or email address). If you wish to restrict the collection and processing of app usage information (we would no longer collect or process app usage information), you can always change your preferences on the Privacy Policy screen.

Device Data

Your mobile device data informs us about the device that you use. This information includes the model, manufacturer, operating system, disk size, and IP address. This information is also collected by third party services such as Firebase and Google Analytics. Your mobile device data does not reveal information that could be used to identify you. The mobile device information helps us to fix bugs and to provide a better experience on the app.

In-app Messages, Push Notifications, and Reminders

We may send you promotional or informational messages and reminders in the form of in-app messages or push notifications. You can turn them off in the app or on your device settings.

The information collected and processed is used to better understand your needs, how you use the app, and how we can improve the app. We do not sell your information. Your personal information is kept for as long as you have an account with Uteroo and for as long as it is needed for the purposes set out in this privacy policy. You can delete your account by navigating to More > Account > Delete Account.

We may employ the services of third-party companies and individuals due to the following reasons:

• To provide the services on our behalf;
• To assist us in analyzing how our app is used.

We want to inform users that these third parties may have access to your personal information. The reason is to perform the tasks assigned to them on our behalf. However, they are obligated not to disclose or use the information for any other purpose.

Children's Privacy

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. I do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case I discover that a child under 13 has provided me with personal information, I immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do necessary actions.
